Nephresha here, founder of the Ambitious Women of Color Communities.

A year ago I launched one of my proudest achievements. The Ambitious Women of Color Association, THE business and professional networking community exclusively for US.

A year later we have about sixty invested members all over Southern California and even one on the East Coast! These women have experienced how refreshing it is to be in a professional community with other WOC owned businesses.

Together we have

-helped one another other grow our businesses through placing orders, referring friends, and business strategy assistance

-supported one another through the struggles of running a business, including the additional hurdles of a pandemic

-gotten vulnerable with the areas we're challenged in during our Monthly Masterminds and Online Mixers

And many of the members earned their investment back this year because they chose to be a part of a community of other women that want to see them win!

Authenticity. Kindness. Brilliance. Support. That's what we're about!

This year I'll be hiring an assistant and creating chapters in different cities!

So it's time to celebrate...I'm posting this event over a month in advance so that all of our members can put in their calendars and hopefully make it! This celebration is not exclusive to AWOC Association members, so if you're interested in becoming a member and would like to get a feel for what this community is about, come through!

Association Members, feel free to invite your friends that would be a great addition to the Association!

Bring some food, libations, a blanket and/or chair, a sunhat if it's warm and hang out at this beautiful park overlooking the ocean.

We may decide walk somewhere closer to the pier to get food and/or ice cream after, so wear comfy shoes.

I usually park a few blocks away at Grandview Elementary School

455 24th Street, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266. Parking is challenging in that area in general, so be prepared to walk a ways.
